Just a quick update this one. Have decided to give up on the ISP formally known as NTL, currently Virgin Media. I've been with them since moving to Portsmouth in the various houses I've stayed at but recent news about throttling customs down to 50% depending on daily usage is just pushing the boat to far. We pay for a service we expect it!!! So in a months time I'm most likely to be using BE broadband's pro service, info here ... https://www.bethere.co.uk/
